By using Thoughtful Reminders (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

Thoughtful Reminders helps you store important dates and receive reminders for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special events. The App may change or evolve as features are added or improved.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you enter into the App, including names, dates, notes, and photos. You grant Thoughtful Reminders a limited license to store and display this content solely to operate and provide the Service.

4. Notifications & Email Reminders

The App sends reminders based on the dates you provide and your notification settings. While we strive for reliability, delivery of notifications or emails is not guaranteed and may be affected by device settings, operating system restrictions, network conditions, or third-party services.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Thoughtful+ subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription management, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies of the applicable app store.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the App in violation of applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thoughtful Reminders shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed reminders or lost data.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
